Paul and Joyce, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for making our vacation so memorable.

EXCELLENT campground. Every site has a full or partial view of the ocean, its impossible to be right on the water. Bathrooms are basic but ALWAYS clean and maintained. Paul and Joyce the owners, are just fenomenal, they will go out of their way to make your stay more enjoyable, including taking time out of their day to take your own kids crabbing or making them spider dogs by the fire. As soon as you pull in, you are family to them. I will make this a yearly stop.

We pulled in to King Neptune RV park late one evening early in the season and were happy to be offered our choice from among the many beach-side campsites by the friendly proprietress. I felt bad for making her hobble outside to show us which sites we could choose from but she explained that she'd been checking campers in for over 40 years and was perfectly fine to keep on doing so, albeit more slowly than she used to. You can't stay in business that long unless you care about your customers and she did a great job of making us feel welcome at her beautiful waterfront park.

Breath taking view of the sun setting over Yankee Cove. A family friendly campsite with a welcoming atmosphere. Though the washroom facilities are older they were clean and well maintained. A shower costs 25 cents for 5 minutes. Many thanks to the owners for an enjoyable stay

This is the one of the nicest campgrounds in the area, My family and i stayed for a week last year and had an ocean side lot.

Incredible campground. The views are spectacular. It is laid out very well, so that most sites have a view of the water. The firepits are right along the water for the oceanfront sites, which is perfect. We watched the sunset with a campfire and it was perfect. The bathrooms and showers are probably some of the CLEANEST we have ever experienced in Canada. The owner is kind and welcoming, and even delivered our firewood to us. It is so sad that the lobster shack is no longer serving lobster, that would have made the experience even better. I highly recommend this campground, and it is so close to Halifax and Peggy's Cove. You won't regret it!
